Payment for goods and services must be made via PayPal or Google Checkout prior to delivery of purchased good(s) or service(s).
Your purchase of a template from BISI Designs gives you the right to use the template for your website. You agree that the design and graphics remain the property of BISI Designs and the graphic designers who created the graphics for your store. You are free to use these graphics on your website, for advertising your website both online and off, and for printable goods related to the marketing of your business.
You are not allowed to purchase our template for resale or to give away as a gift to customers. You must be the end user of our templates. If you manage a store for a company, you are still considered the end user provided the template is used only for that company's website.
If you are a website designer, you may NOT purchase our templates and then modify them in any way. You many NOT edit a template and take credit for the design. This will result in immediate legal actions against you and the customer.
Under no circumstances are you, or anyone else accessing your site, allowed to remove the credits from the bottom of any template created by BISI Designs. No other designer may claim credit for the template design by BISI Designs.
You may used a modified version of the template for your company's blog or MySpace provided the footer remains without modification.
Some of our templates are NOT exclusive and this means they may be sold more than once. If you are looking for a design that only your store will sport, we suggest you look at our exclusive templates or contact us about an exclusive template design.
Be aware! We regularly check our customer websites to ensure these policies are being followed. If it is found you are in violation of our policies, we will notify you prior to taking legal action. We would prefer to work with you and maintain a working relationship should problems/violations arise.
You are free to make changes to your template to fit the needs of your business as long as the credits remain on all pages of your website.
You are free to discontinue use of the template you purchase at any time. However, you may not sell the template to another individual or business. You may not use it on another website without prior permission of BISI Designs.
If you are selling your business, then you may transfer the design with the content of your website to the new business owner. However, you are required to notify BISI Designs of the change of ownership. The new owner will be bound by the terms of this agreement.
BISI Designs retains the right to use any template and/or graphic we create in a promotional or advertising manner without notice to the purchaser.
BISI Designs retains the right to use graphics from any template, exclusive or not, in future designs. We agree that we will do our best to make sure any designs that reuse graphics are designed differently to keep your site looking unique. Call this part of our Common Graphics Recycling Initiative.
If you want to use the same template for more than one store, you must purchase additional copies of the template.
Due to the nature of digital goods, no refunds will be made after purchase.
Services offered on our templates are stated in the template description. Additional services beyond the template description will incur additional charges.
No technical support is offered with any free template we offer. Limited support is available with all paid templates.
If you change the name and/or url of your store, please contact us so we can update our database.
If at any time you wish to not comply with our Template Usage Policy, please discontinue use of our templates and remove them from your computer, remove them from the web, and destroy any copies you have made.
