Do I offer custom designs?

I may be able to provide custom work for my customers but it is on a limited basis. Please contact me to see if I am available for hire.

Do you already have a design?

If you have a logo or design on another website or selling venue, it can be implemented into your Highwire store. Please contact me for these services.

What services do I offer?

My primary focus is on stock templates. Whether these are exclusive templates or templates that will be resold to various store owners, this is my focus. I want you to be able to see the look you are getting before you buy. I want to bring you the best of my creativity from the free mind.

How long before I install your template?

If you have chosen to have me install your template, generally I can complete that within 48 hours. If it will be longer than 48 hours, I will let you know.

Can I create your product listings for you?

No. At this time, that is not a service I offer and I am not sure I will offer that service in the future.

Can I help you with your Highwire website?

Not on a one on one basis but I do post on the Highwire Support Forum frequently. Posting on the Highwire Support Forum is great as you will get answers from other experienced Highwire store owners and also the Highwire customer support department.

Can I help you with selling on eBay?

No, I am sorry, I can not. My design work emphasis is on template design for ecommerce shopping carts. However, eBay has a large collection of active discussion forums that are full of great information. Those forums would be a great place to start your research.

Why do I not have more questions with answers?
